Travel can be a stressful experience for those needing to eat gluten-free, so I wanted to create a resource that would help people in a genuine way. As much as I’d love to spend my time travelling and eating, of course my own experience is limited at this point, but there is a huge wealth of information out there!
I am always looking for new places to review. If you have a restaurant or hotel that is coeliac-friendly, drop me a line or tweet me (especially if it’s in the London or Amsterdam area) and I’ll try to check it out.
